That error code typically occurs when we're trying to record an entry to a corrupt part of the database or if we're trying to record an entry during a network interruption.
If this happens continuously, it may be due to interruption over the network. I recommend taking a copy of the file and running on your Local Machine.
Though I do recommend optimising your company file and verifying also (File > Optimise, File > Verify). This will give you an idea on if there are some major corruptions in the file.
If this is indeed a corruption there are 2 options:
1. Restore an error-free backup of your company file and re-enter any missing information.
2. Look into the Datafile Repair Service we offer, though this does incur a cost (See: MYOB Data File Repair Service)
