no return call

I am sick of sitting on the phone for at least an hour when I call for support, I have left my number for three days in a row for a callback but no callback?

Thanks for your post. Apologies for the frustrations you've encountered.  Typically call backs are handled within 48 hours.  I can see that there have been three calls made to you today.   Have they been able to assist in resolving your issue?

The only reason MYOB called is to ask if I needed a loan in which I said I would never get anything else from them as there is no support

I'm sorry to hear you're frustrated with the level of support provided.  We do try to provide a few different options to assisst people such as the community forum, our LiveChat and phone support.
