2018.1.1 UPDATE

I have updated my Myob to 2018.1.1 from 2017.1.2.

Now I receive the attached error message

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.

 

I can see from your account that our Inbound Support team was able to resolve this issue for you. To those encountering a similar issue, we were able to resolve this by checking the error in the Diagnostic Log and seeing if we can resolve this issue.

 

Anyone else encountering this issue are encouraged to obtain the Diagnostic Log from AccountRight and create a new Post for us to investigate.

 

The Diagnostic Log is found here: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\AccountRight\2018.1\Diagnostics
