Accessing company file username and password

Hi,

I am trying to connect MYOB to another application and this is asking for the company username and passrd.  My credentials are not working so is there a special username and password I need to use?

Thank you for your post. 

There are no hidden credentials within MYOB. It would be best to speak with the support of the third-party application that you are trying to connect with as they will be able to tell you exactly which information they need. 

I would check with the third-party software if they are needing your regular login details or the administrative login.
