Accountright Stuck on upgrading for 3 hours....

My Accountright is stuck on upgrading - can it please be reset?  I have been on the phone to MYOB technical help for over an hour and the lady cannot work out how to help me.

I've reset your company file back to active so you should be able to access it now.
