Issues with file not appearing in library

We have a number of company files which are visible in our network library without issue.
One file as of yesterday is no longer visible.

Attempting to open it directly indicates that the file may be corrupt and to contact the MYOB support team.
Can i please get a contact person to liaise with regarding this?

Sounds like this is definitely in need of an investigation. I can arrange for the repair team to be in contact, could you please send me a Private Message with the MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information of a working file)

 

I can then find the account and raise the ticket on your account.
