Leve the cloud

I have account right plus. I was operating it from 2 locations so it was in the cloud. But from now on I will only be using it from 1 computer so I don’t need it in the cloud anymore. Can somone help me bring it back down from the cloud and put it back on my computers C Drive, so I can use it from my own C Drive.   I have been on hold on the phone waitig for support for 45 minutes now!

Hi @itv 

 

Log into your online file and make a backup - this will save a zip file to your computer. Then restore that backup - choose to your Library as the restore location. MYOB will restore the file to your local Library. 

 

Close and restart AR. At the Welcome screen, right click in the Recently used list and delete all entries, then use Open to select and open your company file from the Library.

 

Note that the file will also remain online. I recommend you ask MYOB to remove it.
