Live Chat is not available to me for somoe reason.

I understand that some scripts can be run in the background to correct this.

Can you help?

You can start a chat session from the Contact Us page of the MYOB website. If you can't see the Live chat button check if you're using an ad blocker on your web browser, this might be stopping the chat button from appearing.
