MYOB Accountright SE old version not being removed

Hi All

I have a client running a Remote Desktop Server and MYOB upgraded automativcally to 2023.1 but the old application files and services are still on the server, should these be cleaned up automatically ?

Welcome to the Community Forum. We have found that older versions of AccountRight can remain on a device for a range of reasons, but typically a security preference or settings.

You can go ahead to clean up the server by removing those older versions of AccountRight, as long as the latest one remains.
