Online file stuck in backup status and cannot open

Our company online file has been stuck in 'backup in progress' for the last 2 days and we cannot open the file. 

Need solution urgently as we have not been able to get through via phone or otherwise.

Based on old forum comments, I believe requires reset and status to active from MYOB end?
