Subscription says expired when log in but I just renewed

Hi Support,

 

We just renewed the subscription but when I log in it says subscription expired. As we will be processing Payroll tomorrow, could you please assist urgently?

 

I saw below response from previous post. I would like to choose option 1 if below are the only two options. Could you please advise how long it will take? With option 2, I am not sure what's our new serial number. Was it provided when we renew?

 

  • Option #1: We arrange the cancellation of the newly generated AccountRight Subscription licence product and send out a quote to have the subscription placed on the old serial number. This will renew that old serial number thus allowing you access the company file.

  • Option #2: You open a read-only copy of the file, take a backup of the company file via File>>Backup. Once completed, you would restore that backup locally i.e. File>>Restore and select to restore it into a library on your computer. When that is restored locally you would be able to go to Help>>Change Serial number and change the serial number to your new serial number.

I've moved your company file across to the new subscription. This should allow you to access that company file without error.
