I have been a MYOB AccountRight Premier user for more years than I can remember. I have now decided to downgrade to AccountRight Standard. The support for this transition process has been atrocious. I have tried calling numerous times. I have sent them the saved file. They have done the data services. I have then downloaded the file ... and it is still the old AccountRight Premier because I can still see Payroll. I am at my wits end how to correct the problem and to stop being surcharged. MYOB is going to lose my business. After that many years I am appalled they have no little technical advice available for customers. Going online is NOT ideal especially when the issue is complicated. MYOB for me has become a nightmare ... I will never recommend this accounting software to anyone. I cannot even find the location to lodge a complaint on their website. Shocking shocking ... the CEO needs to know this company is making some very bad decisions regarding customer service.

I'd be more concerned if the payroll transactions were missing!
To check the product, go to Help > About AccountRight. If this shows Standard, then the file has been downgraded. If this shows Premier then the file has not.
If the file is now Standard, there will not be a Payroll module.
