Unable to Confirm Company File Online

I am using an old version of MYOB Accounting Right V19+ and I am unable to confirm my company files.  This has happend with all of the company files lately.   I receive a message that says "unable to connect to the MYOB online confirmation service".   I have turned the firewall off - so this is not the issue.   I am trying to get through over the phone - however I have been on that the wait time is over an hour.  Is someone able to assit me with this.

Hi @Rose 

 

Have you since gotten through over the phone? If not, please send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
  • The Company File ID, product and build (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Choose confirm by phone, what's the company file code shown?

You can do so by mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message', I'll be around for another 20mins.
