Hello
I am trying to install MYOB v16 to a new laptop.
I can't seem to confirm the file anymore and when I call the number, it has a recording that the version of MYOB is no longer supported.....
PLEASE HELP as I don't want or need to upgrade to online/monthly charge!!!

I am sorry that you had that experienced. In this matter, if the online confirming, phone number does not work and the confirmation window asks only for a confirmation code you can check on this link https://confirmation.myob.com/ confirm and enter your serial number and company file code.
