Unable to open offline file

Wow have been reading everyones comments in regards to the 2021. ugrade.

It seems everyone is asking the same question

why can we not open our PC files , but can open our online files.

I too upgraded all my files to the 2021 version and now only the online file will open, VERY ANNOYED for a $110 per month fee per month to use this program.

 After the upgrade I can open the the program click on the file , it loads and when password is entered the program goes into not responding and shuts down.

Nedd this fixed ASAP.

I would have it a guess you do need to look at using the tool outlined on Unable to open AccountRight file.

 

However, in saying that getting a copy of the diagnostic file would be ideal to fully diagnose the situation and ensure that is the case -see AccountRight Log locations for more information on finding that diagnostic file.
