What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight OR the company file name

I can see from your account that you have since spoken with our phone-based support team who have run the necessary script over the file. I've also just taken a look at we are showing as having both your two files on that serial number successfully upgraded to AccountRight 2018.4.
