activate and confirmation

Hi,

 

The system prompt me to do an online confirmation for my company account.

 

Serial No.  65xxxxx

Company ID :  0225883420

 

I had tried to do confirmation by phone but failed.

 

Can you please check on this account what has gone wrong as I still need to login and update data to this account.

While we welcome your contribution to this MYOB Community Forum, it's primary purpose is to support the Australian and New Zealand based version of the software. If you are using a different country's version of the software we do recommend contacting the software provider for your region. For Singapore, this is likely Abss.

 

If you do have a serial number that starts with 61 (Australian) or 64 (New Zealand) we would be happy to assist with company file activation and confirmation.
