cannot log into APP

I have downloaded the Invoices APP onto my iphone, I entered a few details and get as far as "sign into your business".  It comes up with "Administrator" as the user name.  I change that to my own user name and put my MYOB Accountright password in, but I get an Error "Invalid username or password"

Thank you for the information, however that has not helped.

 

I should have said that I did use my my.Myob user name and password to try to log into the APP - my user name and password is the same as my Accountright user name and password.

 

I enter my 4 digit code (or use Touch ID) and I get another screen

"Sign in to your business"

I do not have a user name "administrator" and if I need an administrator to enter their details into my mobile, then it defeats the purpose of having the app on my mobile.

My my.MYOB password does not work when using "administrator" as the user

nor does my password work when I enter my own user name.

I can log into here using my my.MYOB user name and password - just not into the APP

 

Maybe I need an administrator to allow my user to access the APP?????

 Hi @Altec 

 

When you log into the online company file using your computer, you go through two different logins. The first is the my.MYOB enabled email address and the second is a User ID and password which are specific to that file. You can link your User ID to your my.MYOB email address so you don’t need to remember both sets of details.

 

 Unfortunately the app currently doesn’t allow for a my.MYOB enabled email to automatically log into the app and as such you need to enter in both the email address as well as the User ID. If you weren’t sure of your user ID consider creating a new user ID just for the app.

 

Tip when creating this user ID untick "This user will sign in with a my.MYOB account (recommended) to get username and password fields to display for this user. As long as you knew the User ID details, these are entered into the app after selecting your company file and you will have access to the full app
