error while exporting Reports as excel file format

Hi

Trying to export to Excel format. It works for every other export option like pdf, and csv etc but the Excel. Getting the following error message. Please help.

I have tried the following:

1. Uninstalling/Reinstalling MYOB

2. Uninstalling MS office 365 and then reinstalling

3. Uninstalling both MS office 365 and MYOB and then reinstalling (First MYOB Accountright and then MS Office 365)

4. Uninstalling both MS office 365 and MYOB and then reinstalling (First MS Office 365 and then MYOB Accountright)
