unable to open offline Files after upgrade to 2023.3.0

I have upgraded three files to 2023.3.0 and I can access one file, however the two other files look like they are opening then MYOB disappears from the screen.

When you tried to access the other files, did you receive any error message? If yes, in your next reply kindly attach the screenshot of the error. Make sure sensitive information is removed before posting in the Forum.

I have the same problem. The file fails to open and the program closes

Kindly attach the screenshot of the error message you received when you tried to open the company file. Make sure that sensitive information is remove before posting in the Forum.

There is no error code, just a blank screen while it is has a thinking circle and then the program closes. Takes about a minute for this to occur.

Thanks for your post. 

 

Since there is no error when you tried to open the file, kindly uninstall then reinstall the software. The Help Article MYOB Software Downloads will provide you the software to download after uninstalling it. Make sure that you also have the back up of your company files before uninstalling the software so that you would be able to restore it. Please let me know how it goes.
