Accountright

The accountright version is a very clumsy , time consuming version to use , in purchases & invoicing . A lot more key strokes are required than previous V 19 . I have been using MYOB since 2000 , & this version is the most time consuming , clumsy version I have ever used . There are many functions that have been changed for the worst , too many to mention . I suggest making V19 Windows 10 compatable . It is only this week that we had problems with Classic V19 & at MYOB support advice , changed to Accountright & now very unhappy with the change . This is impacting considerably on our business , due to the extra time to carry out purchases & invoicing . 

Please do something positive about this or we will reluctantly have to find another product

The new system has a lot of problems that have been ongoing for several years so it would be better to revert to your old version and try the below options to access this.

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with AccountRight Live. I understand from personal experience that it does take time to get used to the changes and learning the new options after upgrading from v19. Something to consider when comparing the two is that the AccountRight Classic range (v19) was built on a very old database which does not keep up with the modern function demands. The new AccountRight is built on a new database which retained most of the classic version's functions, but they do behave differently in some ways.

With the new platform, there are a number of new services available that can speed up your day-to-day tasks, such as Bank Feeds, Online Payments, Direct Emailing, In-tray and Pay Super. I do encourage you to try them out. This help article has more information on those online services: AccountRight online services
