Cost of Goods figure in RetailManager is different to the MYOB AccountRight Import

Hi,

I had a missing GJ from RetailManager and had all the info to create it sent to me via my Employer (I work from home).

Everything apart from Cost of Goods and Inventory makes perfect sense.  I can't understand why a different figure is imported into MYOB AccountRight.  There are no duplicate GJ's and I always reconcile my GST in RetailManager to MYOB AccountRight Sales in the P&L.

Would one of you clever people be able to explain the difference.  I reconcile each week and I KNOW there are NO duplicate GJ's.

Has this only happened to one journal entry and can you clarify how the journal was entered in Retail Manager and what was imported across to AccountRight. If possible, please attach screenshots from both Retail Manager and AccountRight. At this stage, I'm thinking it might be a one-off glitch that can be resolved by manually correcting the figures (if it's only one journal entry). That said, once we have screenshots, we can troubleshoot further on what the issue is.

It's not one journal and I'm happy with all other figures especially Sales.

Thanks for attaching all those reports. The issue seems much more complicated than what I initially thought as all the journals are impacted and we'd need to see how the accounts are set up in Retail Manager. It would be best to ring our support line for this matter as the specialists might need to work with you on call by test importing few journals.
