Hyperlink with merge/data fields option in Invoice customization

Hi There,

Currently, looking for an option to insert a hyperlink on my invoice template with some dynamic data fields. I have tried the textbox field. But I can insert only the full URL as a static link. Is there any possibility to add a dynamic link based on data fields? 

For eg: include invoice no as part of the hyperlink URL. 

Any inputs would be really helpful.

Hi @RKEC 

The dynamic links cannot be included in the invoice templates at this stage, however, I can see how this feature would be useful and have passed on your comments to the appropriate teams. You're also welcome to post this as a suggestion on our Ideas Exchange board as that is directly reviewed by developers while considering changes to the product.

i am having trouble adding static link...I can see that you have managed to get it to work...can you elaborate or show the steps used to enable this?

I upgraded from MYOB premier and this has now taken me backwards as i would assume that it would be stock standard for a online system to redirect to other online addresses if inserted
