Re: Importing Sale data into Myob

Hi @PS-Audi,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Earlier you mentioned that there you use a file that is in the CSV file format. A CSV file will separate fields based on commas so if you have a comma in the middle for your amount i.e $1,000 it will split this into two values $1 and 000. Could you try removing the comma from values equal to or greater than $1,000?

Let us know how you go.

Kind Regards,

Emile

Re: Importing Sale data into Myob

Hi Emile,
Can I ask one more question for importing please?
Now I am importing 400 invoices to Live file, it has been started one hour but still 164 records processed.
So it will take more than 2 hours for importing invoices.
Do you have any quick way for it? I should importing invoices twice a month, but I can't spend that much hours for it.
Please advise for me if you have any way. Thanks.

Regards,
Ruth

Re: Importing Sale data into Myob

Hi there @PS-Audi

If you were importing into the online file, I would definitely suggest checking out the company file and complete the import offline. It would speed up the process as it does not need to upload the data online.

If you have to do the import online, it would help to choose a quiet time of the day, when the internet bandwidth isn't stretched thin by other company activities.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to post again if you have more queries.

Cheers,
Clover
