HI

I am wanting to overhaul the inventory system in MYOB. It was never set up right by previous bookkeepers. Is there a way to completely start the inventory system from scratch... Completly and enter everything new...

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately it isn't easy to clear out the item list and sometimes it is impossible.

If an item hasn't been used in any transactions it can be deleted by going into the item details and then going to Edit > Delete.

If an item has been used in transactions then you won't be able to delete it. You can make the item inactive and rename it putting ZZZ at the front of name so that it will appear at the bottom of the list.
