Is it possible to enter two names on one card profile?

Hi,

I'm running AccountRight Plus v19.11.

We are a small building company and are starting a job where the owners of the property do not share the same surname. I would like to have both their names on invoices etc. Is there a way to do this?

Many thanks,

Di

@di_bespoke When setting up the customer card, instead of using the Individual option, set them up as a "Company"and enter both names as you want them to appear.

f you need to reference by surname, select individual designation, enter the primary family surname into the surname field and the remainder as follows:

Ian Brown and Jane Smith

Surname: Brown

First name: Ian & Jane Smith
