MYOB keeps shutting down

I am using the In Tray, to match invoices, I have a couple of weeks backlog of invoices in the In Tray.  MYOB is continually shutting down and putting Red Crosses over entry fields.   It has shut down 12 times in the last hour.

If you are going to offer these services, then you need to ensure they work.  I am sick and tired of MYOB shutting down, it is a waste of my time, it happens several times a day, no matter what I am doing.  You keep increasing your prices for a system that is becoming habitually worse.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this. So I can assist can I please confirm if you get any error messages when this happens ? (If possible can you please provide screenshots).

 

Additionally can you please clear your AccountRight cache

Thank you for the screenshots. When this error appears again can you please attach the diagnostic log of the file if there are any problems I should be able to identify this in the error log.

Diagnostic file attached, I have had my bank reconciliation shut down 3 times in the last 2 hours

Hi Melissa

I have uploaded the diagnostic file, but have yet to hear from you.  I am currently trying to run a sales Aged Receivable report, it has timed out 4 times.  The system is so slow I can barely do any work.  This is ridiculous, and it is not the internet that is working quite fast.  

 

Something needs to be done.

Apologies for the delay in my response, and thank you for the diagnostic log. I noticed you're file is online, to troubleshoot can you please check out your file and attempt to run the reports. Does the time out error still appear ?

I can't take the file offline as my boss also accesses it, however, not constantly.  Also my internet connection is not the problem I keep checking and it is always 45/15 or thereabouts, rarely drops below that.

I would also like to point out I have had at least 20 time out errors this morning and it is only 1pm.
