Missing items from purchase order using the to do list

Hello,

I refer to my original problem from way back in 2015 which now 5 years on, many frustrating days in between and many MYOB upgrades still hasn't been fixed.

refer this link

https://community.myob.com/t5/AccountRight-Sales-and-purchases/To-Do-List-Stock-Alert-Missing-Items-...

still completely relevant as nothing at all has been fixed.

Can someone at MYOB please contact me directly to discuss how this can once and for all be fixed?

Re: Missing items from purchase order using the to do list

Hi @DerekRaine

Thanks for your post and my apologies for the delay in replying. This issue is caused by having committed items and choosing the select all option. When using the to do list if you select these lines manually the order will be created.

Please let me know if you need further help.

Cheers,
Tracey

Re: Missing items from purchase order using the to do list

Yes I know.

That is the terribly slow and cumbersom way MYOB has forced me to do orders for the last 4 years.  You do see the problem of doing things the way you are suggesting right?

I have stock that needs replacing every day.  I tick all uncommitted orders to that supplier.  Now 1 order created.

Next

I have 10 customers ordering multiple products each.  Lets be very conservative and say 3 items each on average.  I now have to create another 30 orders to that same supplier and copy each item onto the original order created above.

Why cant MYOB AR work like v19 used to and do it all in one go.  I know it can because thats exactly how v19 used to do it.

Lets just iron out the bug and get on with it.

How is your current way of doing things an improvement?

Re: Missing items from purchase order using the to do list

Hi @DerekRaine

I do understand that the workaround provided is not ideal and this issue has been logged with Product Development. AccountRight Live works on a different platform to AccountRight Classic (v19) so that does mean that there are functionality differences between the versions.

I apologise for the inconvenience this is causing. Please let me know if you need further help.

Cheers,
Tracey
