We have three people in the office at the moment doing different work in AR2020.1
plus I am working on two computers (one via RDP) so thats 4 sessions
Entering Purchase Orders / Bills
Entering Sale Orders / Invoices
Receiving Payments, Printing Reports
All of us received an out of memory error with 2-3 minutes of each other.
How can this be?
Different computers, doing different functions and we all crash within minutes.
It makes me wonder if the issue is more then just the desktop software, but this entire flawed Desktop -> API **bleep**py model that ARxx is based around.
MYOB What are you going to do about the out of memory errors?
Seriously this is beyond a joke.
I am struggling like ALL Australians at the moment we are struggling with Covid-19.
Your stupid software and out of memory errors (40+ today) is causing wasted time, effort and mistakes.
We are losing changes to invoices, invoices are not getting saved, purchased order emailed with no attachments. Invoices not printing. So many of the issues we ALL face on a day to day basis are related the out of memory errors.
Seriously this is beyond a joke.
Its about time you take ownership and responsibility for the issues and fix them.
2020.1 is the worst release for out of memory. Fix these stupid errors PLEASE.

Fix these Out of Memory Errors - Life with Covid-19 is stressful enough
Trying to print reports so we can update our prices.
Should be a simple task, but no not with Myob's AR2020.1
Tried from 5 computers and every single time we an Out of Memory Error.
I am working 20 hours a day at the moment and MYOB is wasting hours every single day with errors and crashes.
I have to agree...AR2020.1...
spending last two days..all day and half the night...trying to reconcile accounts, preparing ATO lodgements so that any assistance packages provided are based on current information, trying to send out invoices and ensure some cashflow continues having activated Invoice payments and getting "Out of Memory" 4 times a day at least.
PC has 32Gig of ram and virtual memory , page files etc.. set so that a graphics program with 40+meg files runs perfectly...
please help, this is critical for us small businesses at this time..
