Problem of personalising purchase order form

Purchase-order Edit pageI filled in all the required information. Then follow your tutorial and I made a personalising purchase order form.

However, there were two problems when the order page was printed out.

1. the Item NO. could not be displayed.

2. there was a dotted line under the product box. ( I have selected the full-border mode, when I edited the table)

I am eager to solve these two problems, Thanks!

Re: Problem of personalising purchase order form

Hi @JandaAustralia

When looking at the customise form in AccountRight*, there are a few columns that can be added to the purchase order table that can reflect the item number.

  • Item No - would be the supplier's item. This is the number that is listed in the Item Details>>Supplier Item Number field of the item.
  • My Item No - is the item number in your system. This is the number that is listed in the Profile tab of the selected item in the No field.

Based on your screenshot, I would assume the Item No field is being added to the purchase order form. If you are wishing for the My Item No field to be added, you would right-click on the table and select Show Hide before selecting Show/Hide Columns. You would then be able to remove (hide) Item No from showing and add (show) My Item no. Our Help Article: Add tables to forms has more information on the process of adding/removing columns from a customise form table.

In terms of the display of that form when produced, I would make sure that you are on the latest version of the product -AccountRight 2019 or 2020. Help>>About AccountRight will be able to show you the version. This is something that you typically see on very old versions (generally 2013.4 or later) when a newer Microsoft .Net Framework is being used.

Setup>>Customise Forms>> Purchases Orders>> Item>>Customise

Kind regards,
Steven
