Purchases In Tray Not Working - 14/01/2019

Purchases In Tray not working. Pdfs cannot be added in the tray just keeps saying some documents cannot be added right now. Or sorry your documents aren't available right now.

Yes having the same problem. I have logged out, restarted and all the usual IT related troubleshooting to no avail.

Yes having the same problem. It says my in tray is empty even though I'm sure it's not!

Capture app suddenly can't connect with MYOB In Tray

Good morning

Is anyone else having problems with the Capture App not being able to connect to their MYOB In tray? Error message says "We couldn't connect to your In Tray. Check your connection and try again".

Have checked connections and there's no problem (on WIFI). Have also closed down MYOB, restarted computer and signed out and in again of the Capture App on my phone. I'm about to close down and restart my phone to see if that does anything.

Is there anything else I can do? I have a ton of dockets to process today!

Yes, me too - thought it was just the Capture App. Hope they fix it soon!

invoice uploading issues in tray

Hi, I'm always using the tray to save my invoices before i do the data entry However I'm facing a problem right now. Suddenly all my invoices are disappear from the tray and i'm trying to upload pdf files like always but it give that there is something went wrong.
