Re: IMPORTANT: Blank/Missing Information on Emailed PDFs

Actually I should clarify...the 'dot' in the referral field was just a way to refresh the invoice.  You can make any change to the invoice  and then save it and apparently that will reconnect the API so it will email correctly.  The 'dot' was jsut the suggestion they offered to me. Smiley Happy

Yes I hear you, it's not a good look at all.

Ahh, that makes more sense now, I thought the dot thing was a bit weird!!

Re: IMPORTANT: Blank/Missing Information on Emailed PDFs

This Post was 3 weeks ago and yet I am still experiencing issues with the sending of Invoices / Statements can I please have an update on when this issue will be fixed? I have Customers who are not impressed with receiving Invoices that lack the information they need.

Re: IMPORTANT: Blank/Missing Information on Emailed PDFs

PREVIOUSLY POSTED...

Hi Community,

Our development team has been investigating and working on a fix to this. This issue has been resolved in version 2019.4 which is due to be released in early December.

When 2019.4 is available, we will post on the AccountRight blog. Sincerest apologies for the inconvenience involved with this.
Cheers,
Theresa

Re: IMPORTANT: Blank/Missing Information on Emailed PDFs

This problem has been going on for far to long.

What seems like a simple sollution to you vis, send message to customer asking them to advise me if details are missing so that I can then resend, is simple to MYOB but very frustrating to my customers and myself. I in effect have to do the task twice and believe me, the second time often does not work.

Your problem program is becoming a joke with all my customers and costing them and me, time.

Re: IMPORTANT: Blank/Missing Information on Emailed PDFs

I Cant get any invoices to send properly; even the plain paper invoices are not working. I am apologising to my customers, then repeatedly having the same issue happen again and again , making us look like idoiots,

This is unacceptable.

For us, this is the worst time of the year for it to happen; our busy season. I dont have time for this.

I will be looking at other options (aka Xero)

Re: IMPORTANT: Blank/Missing Information on Emailed PDFs

I can't believe it's taken 3 weeks for a fix and this still being an issue. I can't download them myself and I can't send them off to clients. Literally stuck.

Re: IMPORTANT: Blank/Missing Information on Emailed PDFs

@Theresa_Dcan you confirm that in the update to soon be released early this month we will not loose all our customised forms like last time. Also that not only the invoices sending issue will be fixed but also payslips, statements, remittance and any other report MYOB makes will actually have the correct information on them.
