Running Job Transactions report and encountering a crash

Hi,

I am trying to run a job transaction report, which is large and consolidate it, however it crashes the whole program and shuts down. Can I please have help with fixing the bug?

Hi @NatToni, 

Thank you for your post. When running a large report it can sometimes crash and time out. Can I confirm if you get any specific error messages ? 

Below are a few steps I would suggest troubleshooting:

• If the file is online check out the file and attempt to run the report
• Clear your AccountRight cache 
• Run the report for a shorter period, does the report still crash ?
