Sales Delivery Docket to show stock on Back Order

How can I set up the Delivery Docket template to show stock supplied and stock on back order.

You can personalise the Packing Slip template (Docking Docket template) by adding in fields and columns to include the information you need.

To personalise the document, click on the Setup menu > Customise Forms > select form > Customise. Be sure  to check out the instructions on this Help Article for more information: Fields and columns you can add to forms
