Hi,
Is there a problem with sending invoices via MYOB. Mine aren't going or even saying that they are attempting to go! Never had a problem with this before.

Anyone experiencing delays or issues with invoices emailing today?
Our invoices and orders are not sending successfully today, however statements have gone through.
They aren't appearing in the sent email list either.
Can you please look into this ASAP?

None of the invoices I have emailed to customers today have been sent. Please advise if there is a problem with this and when these will be emailed.

I have tried unsuccessfully emailing to myself this morning and the emailed invoice has not been received (have tried multiple times) am wondering if there is a MYOB issue - and in fact if I check the activity of the invoice sent I receive the following image see pic attached

Hi, I'm not sure about statements but I can't get invoices to send today. I click on send to, and email from the individual invoice entry screen, but the invoices are not appearing in sent emails and if I click on View Online Invoice, it tells me I have to send the invoice first before I can view it.
Heading into end of month invoicing tomorrow, this is a bit of a worry! There is no error message to say invoices haven't been sent. And I wonder now how many of my December invoices never made it to the recipients - and are about to fall overdue. Why don't we get notified of these issues? You can't simply switch off a feature and not tell us!!!!!!
We are using the send from MYOB feature, not outlook.
There really needs to be a better way to track which invoices have been emailed successfully and which haven't. I wouldn't have even known except that this particular client's system rejects MYOB-generated invoices so I have to send it to myself and forward it manually from outlook... I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for it to arrive. Thought I'd just download it by viewing the online one while I wait for the email to eventually arrive but now I'm stuck in a loop. I do NOT want to save every invoice to disk tomorrow to manually send to clients.
The status.myob page shows a few functions are down but this is not listed.

Yep. Same problem. Not ideal heading into EOM invoicing today and tomorrow!

Honestly there are a number of us who have brought this to MYOB's attention and as yet had no reply as to what the issue is, lack of communication on their part is a major problem for it's subscribers

Yep. Definitely an issue. Can't be the template name since we are using one of the default MYOB templates (which we've customised, but not renamed). Same as the others, no changes made. Who knows how many haven't sent recently, unless we send to ourselves or try to view the online invoice, we wouldn't know!!!! Until the invoice is overdue and we contact the client who then informs us they never received it.
There HAS to be a better way to do this.

We’re looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible.
I've suggested they update the status.myob page in the meantime.
