We were recently notified of an issue that impacted several clients from sending invoice emails. We're currently looking into the cause for it and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please keep an eye on this thread for further updates regarding this: Unable to email using online emailing

Thanks @Jaacks , @H-TS , @CuttingEdge , @NicSped for weighing in on this topic I brought up originally 2 days ago.

Thanks also to @H-TS for the status update.

 

I realise that there are many people who post on this forum with different abilities but when I have been using MYOB in one version or another for over 20 years, it's a little frustrating to be inferred your invoice has been incorrectly named and the fault is yours.

I have just received the invoice I was trying to send myself earlier this morning so fingers crossed for the rest of you that this has been resolved globally.

Hi @Komal_S ,

 

While my invoices had started sending again 2 weeks ago, they are now not again.

I have tried renaming my invoice, deleting spaces as previously suggested.

 

I am back to emailing attaching the invoices as PDFs.

I apologise..... thetest invoice I emailed to myself early this morning has just come through Smiley Happy

Is this an ongoing issue? Because my office has been having this issue over the last couple of weeks - it either takes forever or doesn't send. We recently signed up to this service so we can get paid quicker but if they don't even receive the invoice what is the point? 

 

Is MYOB working towards making this more efficient?

We're sorry for the trouble caused due to it. Over last week, we did have an intermittent issue with sending out emails. However, if it's happening for longer than that, please send me your serial number and impacted customer email addresses by Private Message so we can investigate further from our end.
