Server Error: Failed to save spend money transaction.

Hi All,

 

I am trying to save transactions under Spend Money on MYOB Essentials.  All the information is filled in correctly, but when I try to save, I get "Server Error: Failed to save spend money transactions".

 

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Hi @TracyJW

 

Thank you for your post. This error can sometimes appear if there is invalid characters in the Account Name. Can I please get you check if there is an invalid character in the accounts name selected, if so remove it then attempt to redo the transaction. Does this work ?

 

If there isn't an invalid character, can you please clear your browsing cache and attempt to save the transaction.
