Re: This year versus last year sales chart

Hi @EvaKry

Have you tried the profit and loss [with last year] report under Reports>Index to Reports>Accounts>Profit and Loss [with last year]?

This should give you comparison, there are also a few others near it you can try.

Kind Regards

Re: This year versus last year sales chart

Hi Samuel,

It is o'right but we need it as a simple bar chart to see this year sales against last year sales by month.

It was so easy in the old version. Now I have PL chart in Business Insights but I can't see my progress in sales.

Can you help please?

Re: This year versus last year sales chart

Hi @EvaKry

AccountRight 2016 doesn't promediately do graphs of data, all the graphs that can be produced are done so through the Business Insights option.

If you are looking at getting additional data (that the Business Insights doesn't provide) in graph form you would be looking at running a report to get the desired data i.e. Reports>>Sales>>Customer Analyse Sales [Customer - FY Comparison]. Once that report has been run you would need to send that information to Excel (Blue button to the left of the Filters tab and select Export Excel). When in Excel you would be able to generate the required graphs based on the data.

Kind regards,
Steven
