As the file is local the script will need to be run by you, we have a hotfix tool that can be used for this. I've sent you a Private Message with the instructions to download and use the tool.

Hi @Monique_S

 

I’ve run the appropriate script over your company file. Please close AccountRight down and then reopen it to see if you can see the invoices for that customer on the Receive Payments screen

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local LOCAL
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information 7086
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight 29
