Hi @rs_shiel

 

I'm happy to arrange for that script to be run. Can you confirm the following information and ensure that you have a current backup of the company file:

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

For local files, we have to get those sent in for repair. I have located all the relevant details I need and have sent an escalation request for you. This means you will get an email from our repair team asking for a copy of the file. Please make sure to backup the file before sending it off.

Having this problem since upgrading to AccountRight 2018.4

 

Myob File Location:  Online

Serical Number: 4013

Company File ID: 7

 

Please run script as I can't apply payments received as no invoices are appearing in the Receive Payments Window.
