Updating login email

Hi

I need to change the email that we use to log into our AccountRight system. With all the changes going on  I need to be able to log in from home and receive the two part authentication code to my home email.

Do I just go to users and change the email listed under my name??

Hi @PCstaff 

 

You can update your email address used for my.MYOB account/AccountRight Live through your my.MYOB account. You would go to My Account>>My Details -Click here to update your email address after logging in.

 

If you have enabled single sign on for an online AccountRight Live file, the recommendation would be to complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Setup>>User Access
  2. Untick This user will sign on with a my.MYOB account
  3. Set a password on the file
  4. Update the email address via my.MYOB 
  5. Go back into the company file
  6. Update the email address listed and enable to sign on with a my.MYOB account option if required.
