Using Edit when entering Purchases

I am only able to use everything under edit in purchases if I have not opened the purchase through the in tray. If II create a bill from the in tray I am unable to use the edit function for inserting headers etc. It is actually greyed out. I was able to use it in the pass. I believe there is a glitch.

For the bills created from intray, if you right click on the transaction table, you would have the option to insert header. Upon choosing any option from that list, all the options under Edit Purchases would be highlighted again.

Alternatively, if you go to Edit, Insert Blank Line should be available for use and on using that, all the other options would get highlighted.

Thanks for getting back to me. This actually does not work. 

For bills created from intray, when I right click on the transaction table and select insert header or any other option, the options under Edit Purchases ARE STILL NOT highlighted. 

Also, if  I go to Edit, the option of Insert Blank Line is not available for use, as with all the other options under edit. 

All this only happens when I create a bill from intray. If I create a bill through ENTER PURCHASES then the options under edit are highighted.  I have noticed this glitch a few weeks ago. I previously was able to use the edit function when creating bills from intray. I am assuming with all the upgrades, perhaps this was overlooked or function no longer available ???

In that case, we would have to investigate this further as we do not have similar issues reported. Therefore, can you please send me a Private Message with your serial number and screenshots of bills created manually and from intray and how the edit options look in both of them.
