Accountright 2020.2

We have been able to customise our paycheques but cannot print them. Each time we go to 'print paycheques' and the 'advanced filters' we can choose the customised paycheque but everytime only the continuous feed cheque comes out. When we select preview paycheque, again it previews the continuous feed cheque form by default.

Hi @Jacque

 

Thank you for your post and apologies for the delay in our response. If you're still experience this, can you please clear your AccountRight cache. Once cleared, can you please go to the advanced filters and update the form you'd like to use for the paycheque. Does it now save ?

I have followed your instructions and deleted the cache files. After i select the customised paycheque form in the advanced filters, it still defaults back to Continous Feed Cheque when i preview and print.

Hi @Jacque

 

Thank you for troubleshooting. I would recommend doing an uninstall and reinstall of AccountRight, once reinstalled please check to see if the customised form will save.
