On reviewing my email log I've noted that historical emails are not showing. I've tested and today's ones are appearing but all emails sent in the past are not in the log.

I noticed yesterday that sent emails in the log have disappeared too. The only one still there is a payslip I emailed yesterday (29/11/21). Everything going back to when I first started emailing out of MYOB is gone!!!

Yesterday and today...have generated invoices and sent them to be emailed but nothing showing in the email log. No historical emails (payslips or invoices) showing in the email log either.

Having exactly the same issue! Only remittances emailed today showing, no invoices and no historical log, will this history be recovered?

Same issue here. All sent emails gone. Big problem pre-Christmas checking customers have received their invoices.

Hi,
I had the same problem yesterday but emails were being sent even though not showing in the Sent Emails log. (I ran a test email to myself to check). The View Activity log for individual invoices showed "Sending".
However today it seems our invoices are NOT being received by recipients. My email is included in sent emails and I should have received 3 invoices today - the first sent 2.5 hours ago. They have not arrived in my inbox.
This is now an urgent problem for us - I assume clients will not be receiving emails AND WE HAVE NO WAY OF VERIFYING THIS. AND NO WAY OF FINDING OUT WHEN THIS STARTED HAPPENING. The view Activity log in individual invoices still indicates "sending" as it did yesterday.

Thanks to the team - the email log issue has been fixed as I can now see the full log of emails sent.
And now receiving emailled invoices.
