MYOB Team app login

We have recently started using MYOB Team app for timesheets and rosters. One of our staff members had been successfully using the app but is now receiving error "a problem occurred attempting to load MYOB team. Please try again later". Staff member has tried logging in on different days and has uninstalled the app numerous times but error still appearing. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, I was just at a clients and they informed me of the same issue.

Sometimes they can enter a time for the day, but they cant see that they have. 

They cant see their payslips.

It also states "a problem occurred attempting to load MYOB team. Please try again later"

 

Seems to have been like this for the last two weeks.

Hi @SammiB , @yasir542 

Can you please try deleting the employee from the location, resend the invite and check if they are then able to sign in without getting the error message ?

Morning

 

This was not an issue with just one employee, every employee at the location could not log in..

I ended up updating/changing the location address and this sorted the issue. All employees could log back in.

 

This week was Teams not letting an employee log in.  I changed the employees email address to me, saved, then changed it back to what it was and the employee was able to log back in.
