I've just finished our payrun and went to "Get Authorisation code" (as per normal) - but no code arrived via SMS.
So I resent for a new code... still no SMS.
Closed out of MYOB and logged back in to see if it would reset and tried above procedure again - however, now in the Pay Super report - when you put in the correct date: 16/5 to 16/5 (as per normal) there are NO figures showing so I cannot even "ask" for the Auth code???
How do I get the figures showing back on the "Pay Superannuation" report, so I can request the authorisation code and finalise this payment?
We pay our super weekly and have never had this problem before??

I have gone back in to the Manage Payments and selected the transaction (pending authorisation) and tried for another SMS auth code... There must be a glitch as it is still not working
Can MYOB please let me know when this problem will be fixed?
We are aware of a delay that is affecting clients receiving SMS codes to make changes to Pay Super and authorising payments. This is something that our team are investigating. At this stage, we do recommend trying again at a later time to receive that code.

I just received a code literally as your message came through - so entered it into MYOB.
Now have a delightful "It looks like you're not authorised - please get someone who is" message!
I will wait until after lunch and try again before I start rocking in the corner!!!
