Unable to produce payment summaries once in the new year

Hi Everyone


We are aware that some clients that are not registered for Payroll Reporting (STP) but use payroll, will not be able to produce their payment summaries for the year ending 30th June 2020, if they have already recorded their first pay in the new payroll year. Those particular clients that are impacted by this situation are encouraged to restore a backup prior to completing their first pay in the new payroll year to prepare those summaries. A backup can be restored through the File>>Restore process - our Help Article: Restore a backup file would be able to assist with that process in more detail.

 

If your company file is stored online with AccountRight, MYOB may be able to provide a server backup of the company file. To arrange for this the following information can be sent as a private message through to @SocialTeam:

 

  • Serial number of the company file - Setup>>Company Information
  • Company file ID - Help>About AccountRight
  • When was the date of your last pay in the last payroll year

Note: Only the AccountRight Live Owner of a serial number can request a server backup of the company file.
