Import Data - Spend Money Example File Format

Hi,

I wish to import Spend Money transactions via CSV or Tab Delimited formatted files.

I am having mixed success with the process.

Based on a Spend Money export, I understand that there should be two lines per transaction. I assume that this is correct. Therefore, two lines are required for import. (My Assumption).

Can anybody please provide me with a sample CSV / Tab delimited file so that I can compare it with the file I have produced for my Spend Money import.

Here is an extract from the export file

{}

Cheque Account,Cheque No.,Date,Inclusive,Co./Last Name,First Name,Addr 1 - Line 1,Addr 1 - Line 2,Addr 1 - Line 3,Addr 1 - Line 4,Memo,Allocation Account No.,Amount,Job No.,Tax Code,Tax Amount,Printed,Statement Text,Allocation Memo,Category,Card ID,Record ID,Delivery Status,Is Year-End Adjustment

,3995,1/12/2015,X,Greenco Parking Latrobe Melbourne,,Greenco Parking Latrobe Melbourne,,,,Greenco Parking Latrobe Melbourne,61400,12.73,,GST,1.27,,,,,*None,837,P,N

The field names in my input file are extact matches for input. (Although they differ slightly from the export filed names

Cheque Account Cheque No. Date Inclusive Co./Last Name Addr 1 - Line 1 Memo Allocation Account # Inc-Tax Amount Ex-Tax Amount Tax Code Tax Amount Printed Statement Text Card ID Record ID

(Note import header is Tab delimited)

Thanks in Advance

Cam
