Live Portal - How to review status of documents sent for Approval

I'm just in the process of setting up the Live Partner Portal. It has been relatively simple so far. I have sent a few documents for Approval to colleagues which has all worked well.

When the document is Approved, we receive an email to that effect. However, is there a screen in AE or Live Partner Portal that shows the status of the document? eg Pending or Approved.

I have been able to go into the "Documents" menu item on the left hand side of the Partner Portal, and select the tiny icon that looks like a battery with a tick in it, and this shows the status of the document, but is there a screen that shows the status, without having to drill down?

It would be good if there was a green tick on the Portal icon in AE's Document Manager when the client has Approved the document.

The battery symbol you refer to is a Task link.   If you click on this it will open the task linked to that document.  


Yes there is a better way to manage task related documents and this is via the Task icon menu.   This task icon is on the left hand side of the portal.  


When you access the Task screen you can see all tasks that have been created for clients and their status eg. Created, In Progress or Approved.      You can also click into the tasks and see the documents sent to the clients and the description in the outbound email.  


As you have MYOB Document Manager, approved documents will sync back with a green tick.  When you click to open the document, it will open the signed approved document from the portal.
