We are currently experiencing an error message saying:
"Sorry we cant load your clients right now. Try again in a few minutes"
"AE/AO - there's no problem but cant connect"
Can you please advise what the issue is?
From the error messages you are recieving it seems like there is an issue with a service on your server. Normally this can be fixed by restarting or starting the MYOB OnTheGo API Service.
If you follow the following link KB0023140 - Troubleshooting, it will provide instructions on how to restart the service.
